Faculty of Computer Science

The Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) is one of the faculties of Universitas Bina Bangsa (UNIBA), officially operating since August 14, 2010 based on UNIBA Rector's Decree No. 021/SK-UNIBA/VIII/2010 on the establishment of new faculties.

Since its founding, FILKOM has been committed to producing excellent, professional, and principled graduates who are competitive both nationally and globally. FILKOM currently oversees 2 study programs at the Bachelor (S1) level, supported by computer laboratories and professional faculty members.

Located at FILKOM Building, Main Campus of Universitas Bina Bangsa, Jl. Raya Serang - Jakarta Km. 03 No. 1B, Pakupatan, Serang, Banten 42124, FILKOM is committed to becoming a leading faculty in computer science that is innovative, character-driven, and impactful for the advancement of national education.

History and Development

2010 — FILKOM was officially established as a new faculty at Universitas Bina Bangsa with 1 initial study program: Computer Science.

2014 — Launch of the Information Systems study program in response to growing demand for business information systems professionals and increasing student interest.

2019 — All FILKOM study programs achieved a minimum accreditation rating of Good from BAN-PT.

Present — FILKOM now oversees 2 Bachelor (S1) study programs, with programming, artificial intelligence, and information systems laboratories, and an alumni network spread across various technology companies and industries.

2035 — FILKOM's vision target of becoming a leading faculty of computer science that is excellent, innovative, and impactful for national development.
